Revamped Customer Application Forms Now Online

Back in June 2015 Western Power launched our new online design and quotation process. This replaced the traditional paper forms more commonly known by industry as the DQA.

Since then, Western Power has been working with our stakeholders to review and continually improve the process for our customers.

As a result, further updates have been made to the existing suite of Customer Application forms.

You will see a number of small changes to the layout, additional questions in some forms and the removal of questions in others. These changes should make applying for the service you require faster and easier.

If you submit an application which is unsuccessful, you will now receive an email containing some guidance on what is missing and a link back into that part of your existing application form. This way you can make the necessary changes and resubmit your application more easily. 

Additionally there will be an update that will allow your browser to remember information you have entered previously. This will be handy if you submit forms regularly. To make the most of this feature you will need to ensure that the 'auto-fill' function is turned on in your browser.

Western Power is also in the process of developing additional online forms to add to the suite already available on our website. Look out for further information on expected launch dates in the coming months.
