NECA WEBINAR: Understanding the Regulatory Requirements to meet Ring-Fencing compliance

NECA has teamed up with the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) to provide an expert panel that will delve into the complicated world of ring-fencing distribution and transmission businesses.

- current NSW regulatory reset and the determination process,   
- what is Ring-fencing, and how it works,   
- what entails a breach and;
- how the AER investigates any reports they may receive  

Our technical experts often receive these difficult enquiries from ASPs and Network Operator contractors, and with all Network Operators across every State and Territory submitting their five-year funding proposals, now is the right time to better understand how this complex regulatory environment operates so our members can identify what a potential breach looks like, what information they need and how they can report them directly to the AER.
