On 4 September 2023, the Federal Government introduced the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Bill 2023 to Parliament, and with it introduced a large range of proposed legislative amendments.

NECA has identified the key proposed elements of the reform that may impact members in the following paper:
