Available now - new Wage Rate Bulletins

New wage bulletins are now available for Federal Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020, Clerks Private Sector Award 2020 and The Electrical Contracting Industry Award (WA).

These bulletins take effect from the first full pay period starting on or after 1 July 2022. 

Additional changes from 1 July 2022:

  • There will no longer be a requirement for employees to earn at least $450 gross a month to be eligible for Superannuation Guarantee contributions. However, you still only need to pay superannuation for workers aged under 18 when they work more than 30 hours in a week.
  • Superannuation Guarantee rate will increase from 10% to 10.5%.
  • The Federal unfair dismissal threshold will increase to $162,000.
