NECA WA's highly skilled technical team are available to take member calls via the NECA TECH Hotline between 7am and 5pm WST, Monday to Friday. 

The NECA TECH Hotline is a free* service for all NECA WA members, providing an easy way for electrical contracting businesses to access prompt technical assistance when required. 

What sort of queries can our Technical team help with?

Every year, our Technical team responds to thousands of member emails and phone calls, providing essential and timely advice to the WA electrical industry. Common queries include:

  • Meter panel configurations
  • Zoning and damp situations
  • Maximum demand and volt drop
  • Switchboard locations
