The HSEQ Management System has been developed by NECA and endorsed by JAS-ANZ Accredited Certification Company, TQCSI, to ensure that the system meets the needs of electrical, communications, refrigeration and air conditioning companies and provides independent and recognised compliance in safety, environment and quality.

HSEQ Management System Compliance
Having a compliant system means you are able to demonstrate to prospective clients, both public and private, that you have in place an organised and documented process that contributes to the reduction of workplace injury, illness and environmental issues whilst meeting your legislative duty of care and due diligence requirements for workplace safety and environmental.
The HSEQ Management System will enable your company to better meet pre-qualification requirements for state government, local council and private sector work.
The HSEQ Management System is compliant with two independent endorsements by prominent JAZ-ANZ Accredited Certification Company, TQCS International (TQCSI), to ensure this system meets the independent and recognized compliance to safety, environment and quality.

It means you are able to demonstrate to prospective clients, both public and private, that you have in place organised and documented processes that contribute to the reduction of workplace injury, illness and environmental issues whilst minimising the costs associated with workplace safety and environmental accidents. The HSEQ Management System will enable you to meet pre-qualification requirements for state government, local council and private customer work.
Legislation
It may also assist you to demonstrate to the local regulator the Duty of Care required under legislation has been met.
This HSEQ Management System has been specifically designed for small to medium businesses in response to a demand by governments and major customers to better manage workplace safety, environmental and quality control. Businesses who are compliant against the QHSE Code can demonstrate to their customers an ability to identify, analyse and manage health safety, environmental and quality issues under a management system that is independently audited. Importantly, you will also be in a position to demonstrate the ability to reliably work with larger organisations who have achieved compliance against the following ISO standards, 45001, 9001 and 14001.
Organisations demonstrating appropriate compliance will be able to exhibit the NECA “HSEQ Management System” mark (logo) in their advertising and stationery.
